Opportunities – The Peace Corps

Teaching Opportunities in the Peace Corps/Peace Corps Information Session

Monday, November 12th at 7pm in 1117 UCC

Returned volunteers who taught in Lesotho, Mali, Namibia, and Thailand will share their stories of teaching and living in a developing country. Serving in 76 countries, Peace Corps Volunteers live, learn, and work with a community for 27 months. Attend a Peace Corps Information Session to hear returned volunteers’ stories and see a video highlighting volunteers in service. Find out about the application process and the benefits of Peace Corps service, including paid living expenses, full health/dental coverage, graduate school programs with credit/financial assistance, a $7,425 allowance upon completion and valuable international development/cross-cultural skills.
