 Truman Scholarship Calling all change agents! Consider the Harry S. Truman ScholarshipAre you an undergrad who spends your time and energy advocating for change in the classroom, your community or across the globe? We want to work with current and future change agents whose work could be made more effective and possible by funding for graduate study and a strong connection to fellow advocates from all over our country. 

Interested students should contact Kelly Thornburg, UIHP Fellowships Director at 335-1874 to schedule a Scholar Development Conference as early as possible.

The Udall Scholarship – Are you an advocate for environmental justice, green policy, or sustainability education? Second and third year undergraduate students who are invested in this work (and other environmentally-oriented degree programs and community engagement) as students, on our campus, or in their home communities are encouraged to check out the Udall Scholarship here.

The Beinecke Scholarship

Are you an undergraduate scholar who wants to pursue a graduate degree in the social sciences, humanities or creative arts? Look into the Beinecke Scholarship. 

All campus nominees must be third year students who are seeking funding support for MA or doctoral work in the stated fields.  Professional degrees will not be funded by the Beinecke Memorial Scholarship. Interested students should contact Kelly Thornburg, UIHP Fellowships Director at 335-1874 to schedule a Scholar Development Conference immediately.
