Upcoming Deadlines – International Programs Awards!
International Programs Awards
For undergraduates, these short-term awards can be a “first step” to international experiences abroad that can help you get valuable contacts for Fulbright, Boren, DAAD, and other awards! Students need not be U.S. Citizens to be eligible. These awards support independent research or fieldwork projects on international topics that require travel abroad (may in some cases be used in conjunction with a Study Abroad program).
Visit the Stanley Undergraduate Awards for International Research webpage for more information.
The Global Health Studies Program (GHSP) invites applications from undergraduate and graduate students for a $500 award to attend a U.S. or foreign global health conference or meeting during calendar year 2014. All currently registered undergraduate and graduate University of Iowa students may apply, but preference will be given to students in the GHSP certificate program. Two awards will be given: one to an undergraduate student and one to a graduate student. Students need not be U.S. Citizens to be eligible.
