Nominations for Hubbard Human Rights Award open

Nominations are invited for the 32nd annual Philip G. Hubbard Human Rights Award.  This award is presented to a University of Iowa student who has made the most outstanding contribution in the area of human rights during the previous year [January 2013-January 2014].  To be eligible, a student must be enrolled during the current academic year and be working on a course of study intended to lead toward a degree.  Beginning in 2011 the award may be given to one undergraduate and one graduate/professional student who meet the criteria.     The University Human Rights Committee selects the recipients.
